I am a Licensed Professional Counselor having experience dealing with parenting issues, single parenting, depression, anxiety, job stress, relationship stress, and addiction. I have 20 years experience treating Individuals and couples. I also have in the past, worked with military members and with their families. This is a special population with their own unique culture and challenges. It has been very rewarding. I like to work with people who are invested in working on doing things differently. Often times making any kind of change is better than repeating the same behaviors.
