As a clinician with over 30 years experience, I work with people facing all types of challenges in their lives. My approach is a responsive one that aims to support growth, perspective and healing, deepen self-understanding, and to help people develop new skills to change unhealthy patterns that hold them back. I am especially geared towards helping people deal with life changes including divorce, health issues, grief, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
