In my practice, I have worked with a variety of clients. I have found people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and codependency to be some of the kindest people I know. They outwardly seem to be happy, have everything together and can have successful lives. People are managing work and family, they juggle busy lives and are doing the best they can for those they love. Inwardly, life can be hard, challenging and at times overwhelming. I have been able to help people work through these issues and more. Helping you learn more about yourself, gain new coping skills and finding your way to a better life.
