I am interested in helping you as my client to reach your full potential and to learn to navigate life’s difficulties and challenges to become fully functional and joyful. I believe that living in the present is essential to true lasting mental health and that much of our suffering is tied to holding on to the past and worrying about the future. I decided to go into private practice to expand my experience and knowledge, and to reach more people who are in need of help. By setting my own schedule, I can be more flexible with hours and times for my clients, providing them with the best possible support tailored to their needs.
