My approach is compassionate, attentive, and at times direct. I approach sessions through an open, non-judgmental, intersectional lens, and curiosity about your story. It is in these intersections where we might feel the most unseen, overwhelmed, yet also inspired. This is a collaborative space to explore yourself, develop and enhance strengths to meet your needs throughout our time together. However you come to understand yourself, is how I aim to understand you. I encourage you to actively engage in candidly speaking your mind so that I may increase my awareness and understanding of you and your story. Whether you are seeking support with transitions in life, sexuality, identity, relationships, healing from transgenerational trauma, have experienced trauma, abuse, anxiousness, depression; I am here to support you in finding your truth. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you and meet challenges and discomfort together.
