Greetings! I offer Telehealth sessions and am part of a small practice that is community oriented and dedicated to helping folks using a holistic and decolonized lens. I grew up in the Midwest and continually strive to broaden my perspective and worldviews. My experiences inform my clinical approach which is empathic, person centered and collaborative when partnering with folks on their healing journeys - wherever they may be on that continuum. I typically use a blend of cognitive therapy techniques and somatic based practices. My goal is to help clients live full and meaningful lives that aligns with their values.
