I am a psychotherapist specializing in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, trauma‑informed care, EMDR, and integrative mind–body approaches. My work focuses on helping clients identify and transform the recurring emotional and relational patterns that often stem from unresolved trauma or early life experiences. By combining insight‑oriented therapy with energy work and the grounding wisdom of nature, I support clients in accessing deeper self‑understanding and creating lasting internal change. In our work together, I use open dialogue, reflection, and pattern recognition to help you become more conscious of the themes shaping your life. When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR to process traumatic memories and release long‑held emotional blocks.
