Together, we will work to cultivate resilience, develop new coping skills and foster healthy communication skills. My ultimate goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself. With over 30 years of experience, I support adults & teens on their journey to find their voice & deal with their current stressful situation. Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, school struggles & loss are among my areas of expertise. My aim is to support & empower each client to embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
