Do you feel disconnected from your partner? Does it seem like even basic communication is challenging and unproductive? Is it becoming harder and harder to feel the connection and love that you once had in the relationship? Has the stress and churn of life created so much noise that your relationship has gotten lost along the way? If this is you, I want to help! My practice is dedicated to bringing couples together to process and resolve these very challenges. I specialize in helping couples make sense of their experiences, so that they can learn, repair, course correct, and come out on the other side feeling connected again. I collaborate with each partners to create a safe environment in sessions, where clients feel heard and respected, and where both people can define the course and goals of therapy. I provide education, skill development, and coaching and help clients explore deeper issues, such as trauma history, addiction, mental health, and impact of family of origin.
