Asking for help is not easy, and finding the right therapist is too often a difficult process. In a safe and attuned environment, I work with clients who struggle with a range of issues: anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, separation and loss, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, family conflicts, parenting and more. My work is trauma informed and strengths-based. I specialize in helping individuals and partners know and be with difficult experiences in ways that generate positive shifts in the quality of their lives. I also offer clinical supervision to therapists.
