I believe deep healing is possible, and that you deserve a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what that looks like for you. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples and families navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, personality disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a passion for working with Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, exploring inner child work, and addressing shame and codependency. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply seen. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
