Change and growth happen within a safe and secure relationship. I am here to walk alongside you, offering compassionate curiosity, a safe space to explore your inner life, and deep insight. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, I’ll meet you there and together we can embrace the ambiguity of the human experience with humor, a sense of play, and compassion. I work with children (3+), adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief/loss, family transitions, self-harm, childhood/adult trauma, and mood disorders. I am LGBTQIA+ Affirming and dedicate time to learning about culturally sensitive approaches to treatment and unlearning personal racial/ethnic biases.
