My work is informed by a belief that although our perceptions may be shaped by our histories, we have the capacity to both benefit from and transcend past life experiences. I use cognitive behavioral, insight-oriented and supportive strategies to help individuals identify and address areas of importance to them. Based on the needs and wishes of each client, we will look at past events and current beliefs and patterns of behavior to move toward a rewarding future. I work with adults of all ages and believe that meaningful and life-affirming change can happen throughout the entire lifespan. I've provided therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of life transitions including losses of all varieties.
