I believe we all are doing the best we can with what we've been given, but sometimes we need a little more. We need compassion for ourselves and our life situation, so we can see a way to a different future than the track we're currently on. I look at life and relationships from an unbiased and non-judgemental lense so my clients can focus on describing their experiences and situations without fear or worry. My goal is to help you make sense of things from a new perspective and to help you move through your current space differently, eliciting different outcomes than those you've experienced in the past. From my time working at Stonewall Alliance and time working with youth in mental health crisis I have been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and I naturally have an attachment and trauma-focused perspective. By adding attachment based EMDR I am able to bring all these styles into the healing journey.
