My approach is client-centered, friendly, warm and empathetic. Our sessions will employ eclectic therapies which are evidenced-based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps people to challenge negative persistent thoughts. Motivational Interviewing which aids in resolving conflict and in rising above life’s challenges is also utilized. Transactional Analysis which combines theories of personality and human interaction is used thereby optimizing the client’s natural given talents and potential.
