I treat adults and seniors using cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also work with couples and family members as appropriate. I have had experience treating patients with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, physical and psychological trauma, strokes and brain injury, chronic illnesses, low self-esteem, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and executive function issues. I approach psychotherapy from a biological-psychological-social framework. Working within the theoretical framework of cognitive-behavioral therapy, I incorporate multiple strategies and techniques into my therapeutic practice, including mindfulness meditation.
