Y'all, the world is kind of crazy making right now. I've often focused my work around grief, trauma, and cultural/family issues, and now believe handling political stress has to come next. I try to make therapy as non-intimidating as possible as I see lots of people that are coming to therapy for the first time, and maybe that's now you if things have become too intense. Being vulnerable can be hard as hell though and so I don't put any expectations or pressure on how we do our sessions. Whether you're just looking for general support, tools to cope with life, or to figure out/process the deep stuff, we can have space for it all.
