I work with Adults, Teens and Couples, mostly in Psychotherapy and CBT treatment forms. I specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, and Relationship issues. In our work clients will identify blocks and beliefs that inhibit their taking charge of their life. I take a collaborative and active role in helping clients develop the skills for making desired changes. The goal is for the patient to develop a more deliberate approach to reaching personal and professional goals, greater vitality and fulfillment. Office hours: M-F 8-8 pm, Sat 9-1pm. Video and phone sessions.
