I believe therapy can be a safe space by creating an environment of trust, empathy, and non-judgment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or rejection. I therefore, strive to form an empathetic and collaborative relationship with clients that empower them to take an active role in their treatment in a supportive environment. I believe that when clients take an active role in their treatment they are able to develop self-awareness and make lasting positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, family of origin issues, attachment based issues, abandonment issues, family and couple issues, and sexual trauma. Our work will involve helping you explore patterns developed in your early childhood relationships and their impact in your current relationships or life.
