Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating familiar relational patterns, feeling overly responsible for others, or carrying stories about themselves that no longer fit. Family-of-origin dynamics, cultural expectations, and past experiences often continue to shape the present, even when insight alone hasn’t led to change. They are seeking steadier relationships, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of self-trust. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapies. I help adults and couples explore patterns, internal parts, and relational dynamics with care—supporting meaningful change that feels integrated, sustainable, and aligned with who they are now.
