I work closely with adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, life stage changes and have an expertise in treating addiction/substance misuse. I utilize evidence based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavioral therapy to relieve your distress and allow you to engage in the present with increased motivation and confidence.
