Hello, and welcome to Marty's virtual couch! I love to support adults, teenagers, and children and specialize in helping my clients manage Trauma, Depression and Anxiety. I create a safe, comforting place for clients to share their story, recognize and highlight their strengths, and develop healthy communication and coping skills to more effectively handle "the hard stuff". My typical client is looking for a mix of various techniques: active listening, empathy, honesty, practical tools to use on a day-to-day basis, and an improved understanding of the "why is this happening?" and humor!
