Our sessions are designed to create individual action plans to help make specific and positive changes to live a better life. I work with both individuals and couples and together we create plans tailored to each client's unique needs. I am a Licensed and Nationally Certified Mental Health Counselor and Clinically Certified Trauma Professional, practicing in both New York and Connecticut. I earned my MA in Counseling from New York University.
