I focus on helping adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and families discover ways to cope with the problems they face. I believe we all have answers to our problems within us, but may need help in seeing a way through difficult times. I bring a range of approaches to our work together and tailor the treatment to your needs. I strive to provide a safe space for you to explore and be yourself. I have particular experience with treating anxiety, transition stressors, relationships, and depression, while promoting self-discovery. My goal is to help you lead a fulfilling life.
