Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, burdened by shame, or stuck in cycles of anxiety they can’t seem to break. Together, we work to understand what’s beneath those patterns. Building awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion along the way. I work with teens and adults looking for support with general mental health concerns, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and BPD. I use DBT, CBT, ACT and other evidence-based approaches, while believing that the most effective therapy is flexible and creative, shaped around what works for you.
