Hi, I’m Marvida Lake, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I provide a safe, culturally affirming space for individuals and families—especially those from underserved communities, the LGBTQ+ community, and military backgrounds—to explore their experiences, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their strengths. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and deeply person-centered. I specialize in family dynamics, identity development, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is goal-focused and holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
