My primary approaches are Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy & EMDR. I also incorporate solution-focused support when needed. I am happy to discuss what approach(es) will work best for you. I offer therapy, supervision, & assessment for letters (ESA, surgery, etc). I bring a trauma-informed & systems lens to the therapy space. Life and therapy do not take place in a vacuum, and I am committed to recognizing and addressing the ways in which systems of domination shape our lives and experiences as well as how they impact our relationship as therapist and client.
