There are times in everyone's life when we are challenged to the point with seemingly no solutions. Through my years working in the Emergency Department, the sexual assault abuse unit, as an instructor, and as a therapist coupled with life experiences, I have learned about resiliency. It is not about how one falls but how one lands. I truly believe the best investment anyone can make is in themselves. Through my work as a therapist, I assist others in finding their own way through turmoil so they may invest again in themselves.
