Occasionally, we all face issues that affect our mental health and threaten to steal our joy. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families from a variety of backgrounds. I enjoy working with child and adolescent clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism or challenging behaviors at home and school. I am interested in assisting adults dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, past trauma or life transitions such as grief, caregiving, or stress management.
