My ideal client is someone who is willing to call and take the first bold step towards change. Each persons life story is different. I strive to work with clients to establish goals and objectives to help facilitate change, have a healthier lifestyle, and/or deal with issues from the past that continue to cause problems in the present. Each season of life brings new opportunities and challenges. I believe everyone is a lifetime learner and, at times, needs help in working through the different challenges of life.
