My ideal client is done trying to white-knuckle her way through life and is ready to reconnect with herself in a sustainable, grounded way. I help high-functioning women unlearn burnout, people-pleasing, and emotional overload. Using trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy, we work together to calm the nervous system, build boundaries, and shift the patterns keeping you stuck. I offer virtual therapy in Florida, Massachusetts, Alabama, and Michigan, in both English and Spanish.
