My experience and wisdom spans 35 years of helping individuals and families. I am a licensed professional counselor and have worked with many diverse populations over the years. I come from the perspective of the attachment modality and believe re-connecting you to healthy support systems and to your innate wisdom (body, mind, and spirit) is essential.
