I'm so happy to work with you. I have over 30 years of experience in helping people make changes in their lives. I have advanced counseling licenses in both Illinois and Indiana. I am here to help you through the challenges of life, whether it be from anxiety, depression, sense of hopelessness, feelings of loneliness, guilt and regret, grief, or feeling stuck in life. I work with all aged groups and genders. I hope to help you feel more positive, joyful, calm, self-directed, hopeful, and emotionally strong.
