I have been a social worker and psychotherapist for over 40 years. My experience is broad and diverse as I have, over the years, worked in hospitals, as well as in the New York City school system. These experiences involved getting to know the issues affecting all age ranges. Beyond my masters degree, I also attended a 4 year psychotherapy program. I use an eclectic approach as I believe that supportive techniques as well as insight therapy is a good combination in helping one overcome patterns of behavior that hamper growth and development. I specialize in anxiety disorders as well as self esteem and relationship issues.
