My approach to therapy is based on developing strong relationships with my clients. My style is informal, warm, and direct and my aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental, yet challenging environment that encourages increased self-awareness and growth. The way we work together will depend on which avenue most effectively addresses your goals. I have experience helping adults and adolescents who are coping with anxiety, depression, illness, loss, estrangement, life transitions including gender and sexual identity, substance abuse, relationship concerns, negative body image, menopause, and the particular challenges faced by those working in the creative fields.
