My clinical practice focuses on sexual and reproductive health as well as relationship issues in individuals and couples. Therapy is about improving relationships with oneself and others by working through unexpected difficulties and changes which occur in life and creating better possibilities for the future. Therapy can help explore patterns of relating, both past and present, and find alternative ways of expressing these thoughts and feelings so that one may achieve increased life satisfaction.
