I am a LICSW dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults. With over 25 years of experience, my focus has been working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. Including topics of self-esteem, feelings of being overwhelmed or stressed, family conflict, emotion regulation, and school related issues and concerns. I promote using a client’s strengths to foster growth, develop resiliency and to build healthy coping skills while utilizing a variety of strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness based approaches.
