About
Are you concerned about your child experiencing more worries, sadness, or how they handled a traumatic event? Are you an adult struggling to manage your worries, mood, trauma, or find enjoyment in activities? These are the types of concerns I can help address through empathic and supportive psychotherapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and autism using evidence-based treatments such as CBT and ACT. I help my clients develop healthy coping strategies to overcome stressful situations and enjoy life more. View 4 Photos My years of working in outpatient and community clinics and serving as an Assistant Professor at Suffolk University have prepared me to work with a range of presentations. While I have expertise in trauma, I also work with clients with anxiety disorders and depression. I use problem-solving and self-compassion to create an inviting and supportive atmosphere.
