I have been in private practice for over 15 years and have worked in the human services field for 30+ years. My style of practice is relaxed, welcoming , and patient, and I am always conscious of the effort and energy it can take to reach out for help! Grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, addiction (substance abuse, pornography, gambling) work stress, anxiety, depression, acoa, life passages are some of the issues I have treated throughout the years.
