There are so many reasons folx come to therapy, but most often it is because folx notice something isn’t working quite right, and they would like a change. Therapy can be a catalyst of that change, and together we can help to identify the unhelpful patterns. I have a warm, direct, and caring approach and work well with those who have had trouble finding good fits in therapy. I love working with queer, gender expansive, polyamorous, and neurodiverse folx.
