It is important to me that each person I see feels supported, validated, and respectfully challenged during the process of therapy. If you are struggling in certain areas of your life due to mood issues, trauma, unsatisfying patterns or relationship conflicts, it is my privilege to work with you. I am passionate about helping people of all ages overcome the impact of mild to severe trauma. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well researched therapeutic tool found to be effective in the process of healing from traumatic events and gaining a realistic self-perspective. I help build strong relational skills.
