I help couples and families overcome significant shifts or changes in life so they can live with love, respect, and harmony without resorting to negative learned behaviors and unhealthy communication. Couples want to better communicate, but, really do not know that there is something underneath their lack of communication or their overly destructive communication. Parents want their children to listen to them, respect them and not hide in their bedrooms when they reach teenage years. Working with me will address these very things and more. Through a focused approach, you will gain and develop the tools to live with your spouse and family member. You will learn loving someone is hard but oh so rewarding when everyone is contributing to the relationship. Life will be not be so scary when you are walking through it with someone you can trust.
