Aging's many challenges, such as chronic illness, cognitive changes, grief and loss can all take a toll on a person's emotional well-being. Emotions such as, sadness, fear and anger can make you feel stuck or even hopeless. My practice focuses on helping older adults develop tools to face these challenges head on and find a place of peace and acceptance. I have a passion for helping older adults navigate next steps along their journey. I take a positive, strengths-based approach with clients in helping them to create a better quaIity of life for themselves and their loved ones.
