My clients are smart, deeply thoughtful, unique and creative adolescent and adult women who have begun to struggle with high levels of anxiety, distressing feelings of sadness, and disconnection in relationships. They are trying to recover the joy, meaning and belonging in their lives. I help by working alongside clients to explore these distressing feelings, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and make sense of their distress. Along the way I teach new skills that allow them to relate differently to those parts of themselves that are calling out for change.
