I am a licensed social worker who provides support and guidance for people of all ages. My goal-oriented approach allows clients to return to their daily activities with insight, empowerment and critical coping skills. I utilize a wide variety of methodologies and systems, alone or in combination, to offer clients a uniquely personalized approach to treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Insight Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
