I am a warm, welcoming individual who believes in the healing power of connection. I approach my work with curiosity and compassionate inquiry to understand what is impacting you. I will work along side you to identify what kinds of support would be helpful and realistic to your life. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, we can explore together in a pace that feels appropriate and comfortable for you. Starting therapy can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be impossible. My style and approach is a product of all I have learned from professional mentors and continued education. I focus on trauma based interventions such as somatic processing; internal family systems, re-processing and integration of painful memories etc. I am always learning and incorporating new techniques, which I tailor to your needs in session.
