I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health challenges, with a particular focus on OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma. My experience is diverse, ranging from working with women transitioning out of prison to my private practice, where I work with men, women, adolescents, and children. I’m dedicated to helping you heal past wounds, address current difficulties, and develop tools to alleviate suffering. I am committed to providing personalized care that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting change. I use various therapeutic approaches, tailoring the counseling experience to fit each client’s needs and personality. Additionally, I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD and anxiety. For children ages 4 and up, I incorporate play therapy to help them express feelings, learn skills, and gain confidence to navigate challenges.
