I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals facing serious mental health challenges. My approach is rooted in the many dimensions of wellness—mind, body, and spirit—and how these interconnected areas shape mental health and overall wellbeing. I take a trauma-informed approach with every person I meet, recognizing the impact that past experiences can have on the present. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and build the skills you need to navigate life’s challenges.
