Adulting can feel overwhelming with career pressure, relationship ups and downs, family expectations, and figuring out who you are and what you believe. I work with 20- and 30-somethings facing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, dating and friendship struggles, career stress or burnout, faith and spiritual questions including religious trauma and religious scrupulosity, and big life transitions like graduating, moving, or starting a new job. I also help couples improve communication, work through long-standing conflicts, adjust to new stages of their relationship, navigate political or values differences, and address sexual dysfunction.
