My name is Mary, (MA, LMFT) I am originally from Santa Barbara, California. I am a trained therapist focused in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy, although I utilize a very person-centered approach when it comes to modifying treatment based on the needs of the client. I have significant experience working with young adults, and adults. I have an interest in women's issues including fertility difficulties, pregnancy, and post partum. I have experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress associated with work and school life, and trauma.
